Release of Incident Management and Crisis Command modules
ClearView Continuity announces the release of additional modules for its award-winning BCM Software platform. These new modules have been designed to address the ever-increasing demand for a total resilience solution.
- Incident Management Module. This module is delivered as part of the standard system for all clients. It provides a real time online working environment that can be used during an incident to collaborate and respond efficiently. The Incident Management module is integrated with an organisation's prepared crisis management and business continuity plans. All information and actions can be tracked and monitored real-time by team members and incident commanders involved in an event and all information can be accessed by all typed of devices from mobile to tablet and laptop.
- Crisis Command. To complement the incident management module, all clients now have access to a dynamic whiteboard facility. This brings the concept of crisis command centre whiteboards into the virtual world where team members are working and acting remotely. Whiteboards can be created and published real time as the event unfolds and can be accessed by all team members on mobile and other devices as information is posted. The power of information being accessed in a mobile environment really does come to life.
